Suite Five

Totally renovated and updated, with central air and central heating, Lady of the Lakes Suites 5 is one of a 5-apartment lodging facility.  The suite is perfect for couples, a few friends and small families.  In non-peak seasons, Suite 5 may be rented with a 2-night minimum.  During the peak summer season, the suite is packaged into the whole-property rental, whereby all 5 suites are included in a week’s rental.

Inquiries may be made to rent all 5 suites for weddings, family & friends’ reunions, or other area events or group gatherings, with a minimum of a 2-night rental, any time during the non-summer season.

Suite 5 is beautifully decorated with a bright and cheery “Keuka Sunrise” theme.   Walk directly into the entryway of the suite and find a bedroom on each side of the hall.  Bedrooms are furnished with hotel-quality mattresses and pillows,  dressers, a bedside table, multiple reading lamps, and a large closet.

From the hallway you will have a view of the lake and front lawn through the large picture window in the living room.  The open living room/dining room/kitchen space is fresh, modern and inviting. The sofa and comfy sitting chair invite you to snuggle up and read, watch TV, or enjoy an evening cup of coffee or tea, or glass of wine. The dining set seats 4 and fits well within the open kitchen. Kitchen equipment and appliances are plentiful and updated regularly.  Enjoy the creature comforts of cooking in a well-lit and well-appointed kitchen.

The bath has a full shower/tub with hotel-style curved shower curtain, allowing more room in the shower. There are shelves for towel storage; a modern, fully-mirrored medicine cabinet; and bright overhead lighting.

Out the front door you will enjoy your own covered porch with a picnic table, 2 glider chairs, a nearby Weber charcoal grill, and room for the kids to play. You have several choices for outdoor eating. Eat on your patio, eat on the picnic tables under the trees in the large front lawn, head to the beach areas to enjoy cooking on the grill lakeside, or pack a picnic lunch and eat at the picnic tables near the dock.

This property has two beach areas that are shared by the 5 suites. One lakefront area, which is to the left (or North) and by a streambed, is a break wall with a grill and a picnic table. With a gradual entrance into the lake, this beach welcomes shallow-water play, launching of kayaks, and other pre and post meal play.  It also offers more afternoon shading with its nearby trees.  The other beach to the right (the South) side of the suites has a dock with boat cleats, 2 ladders for easy egress out of the water (1 ladder off the dock; 1 off the break wall), and a built-in firepit. Fish off the dock, enjoy fires at the fire pit, lounge in the provided lawn chairs to watch the boats go by, or use your water crafts to float and boat away a few hours in the lake!

This is a fabulous location for couples, friends and small families looking to get away; or for larger groups traveling together who want to book side-by-side suites.
