Types of Stays
SUMMER WEEK-LONG VACATIONS USING ENTIRE PROPERTY
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Includes Memorial Day Weekend, and the weeks of mid-June to Labor Day. During these times all bookings are for the entire property. That is, a single booking will include all five suites and exclusive use of the entire 1 acre of grounds. Included are the suites, 150′ long porch, 2 beaches, dock, firepit, all lounge furniture, grills, picnic tables, and lawns.
SPRING OR FALL WEEKEND AND WEEKDAY STAYS
Requires a 2-night minimum. During these times (after Labor Day, before Memorial Day, and the first 2 weeks of June), you may book one or multiple suites. We welcome individuals, as well group gatherings, reunions, weekend getaways, club meetings, lodging for cyclists, and other get-togethers of family and friends.
FALL, WINTER, AND SPRING LONGTERM HOUSING
In the Fall, Winter, and Spring months, longer-term housing is available whether you require one suite or more. Need a place for multiple weeks or months? Special rates are available for guests needing longer term lodging during these seasons.
What to Expect (and Not Expect)
